About us

The Garden JA was founded in February 2021 by a group of young Jamaican musicians, who were all introduced to the music industry from an early age. Spear-headed by Christian Roberts, Joe Davis, and Joseph Gibson, The Garden blossomed and grew into an instantly recognisable brand, with high regards from Television Jamaica, The Berklee College of Music, The Edge 105.3FM, and more.

Initially solely starting out as an online platform for up and coming musicians to showcase their talent, The Garden had amassed almost 10,000 followers on Instagram after featuring 12 artists. The format consisted of a new artist every week, who would be accompanied by The Garden's stellar resident band. The musical arrangements for the performances, constructed by musical director, Joseph Gibson, would rival those of performing and touring artists, giving listeners a fresh spin on popular songs.

The Garden is also starting to make waves in the live performance scene as well, with two successful stagings of "The Garden Live" already in the books, and more to come. Beginning Saturday January 27th, 2024, these shows will be held monthly, featuring 3 new artists each month, as well as a special guest artist at the end of every show. The Garden will be working with these artists to produce songs that will be available on all streaming platforms for your listening pleasure.
